1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, requesting technical equipment quotes, or acquiring submersible robotics from SpotlioDiscoveryDCK, you explicitly agree to comply with all provisions set forth in this document.

2. High-Risk Operational Safety Disclaimer

Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs), deep-sea sonar transducers, and tactical dive apparel operate in high-pressure, hazardous marine environments. Operators must be properly certified in marine safety procedures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All schematic designs, acoustic signal processing algorithms, 3D bathymetric rendering code, visual media, and brand identifiers displayed on spotliodiscoverydck.shop remain the exclusive intellectual property of VERUS VENTURE LIMITED.

4. Hardware Warranties & Hydrostatic Testing

Each AUV hull and sensor array undergoes factory hyperbaric chamber testing prior to client delivery. Equipment warranties cover material or manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions for twelve (12) months from delivery.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
